These terms keep things simple and fair. By playing 8flowy you agree to them.

The service

8flowy is a browser puzzle game: unlimited generated flow boards, a daily challenge with a public leaderboard, a Journey campaign, and optional accounts for sync. We work hard to keep it available and bug-free but provide it "as is," without warranties; features may change or be retired as the game evolves.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. You're responsible for the email address you register and for activity under your account. Pick a display name that isn't offensive, misleading, or someone else's trademark — we may reset names that are. We may suspend accounts used to disrupt the service or the leaderboard.

Fair play

The daily leaderboard is a race on the honor system, backed by sanity checks. Don't submit automated or manipulated times, probe the API to extract solutions, or interfere with the service. We may remove entries or accounts that break this.

Premium

The Premium unlock is a one-time purchase (price shown at checkout, processed by Stripe) granting unlimited free-play generation, the full Journey, and ad removal, for the lifetime of the service. If a purchase doesn't activate, email [email protected] and we'll fix it. Statutory refund rights are unaffected; beyond those, refunds within 14 days of purchase are given in good faith on request.

Intellectual property

The game, its code, boards, artwork and branding belong to us. Puzzles are for playing and sharing via the game's own share links — not for scraping or republishing at scale. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the game, with our thanks.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from your use of a free puzzle game is limited to the amount you've paid us (for most players: zero, and for Premium players: the unlock price).
